Knowing that their style aligns with your needs will help you find the right life coach for you. Ask us how we would describe our style and then think about if that is the type of support you need at this point in your life to achieve your goals. Check out our ‘about‘ bio to see if we sound like a good match for you.

4. Have A Free Consultation With Us.
We offer our first 30 minute session for free so that you can come and see if we’re a good fit for you, and if our style of coaching feels right for you. We’ll do a brief assessment of your needs at this meeting to evaluate if we can offer you what you’re looking for. We may also recommend other or additional services at that session.
5. Determine Suitable Availability.
Are we available for sessions when it is convenient for you? We have limited days of the week we currently work, but may be able to accommodate your needs on alternate days.
6. Evaluate Our Experience And Interactions With You.
What does your gut say? Critical components of coaching are accountability, organisation and a feeling of trust. So take a minute to evaluate how well we performed after your interactions with us.
Ask yourself:
- Did we follow-up with you in a timely manner after you reached out and after your consultation?
- Did we provide you with useful resources?
- Were we easy to get a hold of?
