What is a Neurodiversity Coach & what do they do?

A Neurodiversity Coach (NDC) is a professional who works with you to help you identify and achieve your goals by providing guidance and support in various areas of your life where you might feel stuck, including goal setting for the future.

We support you to:

  • overcome fear and self-doubt
  • set meaningful goals
  • create a life on your terms
  • close the gap between where you are and where you want to be
  • re-frame the stories you tell yourself
  • disassociate with the reasons you ‘can’t’
  • set and look forward to achieving new goals
  • create empowering beliefs and attitudes
